I’m an active duty military service member who has always tried to provide for my family and push through hard times. But these past months have felt like watching everything I worked for slowly fall apart, no matter how hard I try to fix it. What started as military pay issues spiraled into missed payments, destroyed credit, overwhelming debt, and the constant fear of not being able to provide the life my children deserve. Losing reliable transportation after having two vehicles totaled only made things harder. On top of the financial stress, I’ve experienced personal losses that have taken a huge emotional toll on me and my family.
Right now, my biggest fear isn’t for myself — it’s failing my kids. I have a little boy who depends on me for everything, and a baby girl who will be here in June. They deserve stability, a safe home, reliable transportation, and parents who aren’t drowning in stress trying to survive paycheck to paycheck. I don’t want my children growing up watching their father lose everything while trying his hardest to hold it together.
I’m not asking for luxury or an easy life. I’m asking for a chance to breathe again. A chance to clear the debt that keeps pulling us under, secure dependable transportation for my family, protect my military career from the impact of ruined credit, and hopefully create a stable home where my children can feel safe and cared for. If you’re able to donate, please know that every dollar genuinely helps my family move one step closer to stability. And if you can’t donate, even sharing this means the world to us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for giving my family hope during one of the hardest times of our lives.
