<div>As you know, I have been traveling to Haiti for about 25 years where BFARS supports two schools, an
</div>
<div>orphanage, and now a medical clinic. I have ongoing support for the schools from various people and
</div>
<div>some nurse friends that send support for the nurses at the clinic. In 2019, we started having a clinic
</div>
<div>twice a year when we went. My good friend, protector, and mentor, Pastor George Renauld, had a small
</div>
<div>house built for us to stay when we came over, and he had always talked about the need for an ongoing
</div>
<div>clinic being so badly needed in Port de Paix. George passed away in 2021 and left the house that is now
</div>
<div>the clinic. It is now officially the George Renaud Medical Clinic and serves as their only source of
</div>
<div>health assistance for the community. The medicines include many that we take for granted but have
</div>
<div>been unavailable to the people (antibiotics, prescription drugs for minor and serious illnesses, treatment
</div>
<div>for wounds, etc.).
</div>
<div>Every year we have to replenish the medicines and take them to the clinic (by boat). We now have a
</div>
<div>dire need for them as the nurses report they are almost completely out. It will cost approximately
</div>
<div>$9,000.00 to do this. If you can send any amount of money to assist with this it will be very much
</div>
<div>appreciated. All donations are tax exempt!
