Hi to everyone and many thanks again for your support. So passed the 12 week point and things have slowed down healing wise but still getting better every day! Left foot is out of cast and air boot I’m walking a bit better everyday as it gets stronger and used to the new pieces of metal holding together the stalls. Saw the cray for the first time the other day looks like a spider in my foot! Left knee still in the PCL brace for another 3 weeks but I can take it off for sleeping now which is great! Left shoulder still really uncomfortable but just got to get used to that now more than anything. Right knee out of the brace completely now which is great but more scans due on that as Bristol have no visibility of what Aintree did as trusts don’t share info for some reason but hey ho. Overall beginning to feel a little hit less battered but still v 2nd hand!! Once again can’t thank everyone enough more updates to follow and as always there is always news on my profile on FB.
