Levi is a young man who recently faced an unimaginable challenge—he had both of his legs amputated due to a medical illness, just before his 21st birthday. As someone who lost a leg at 25, I can only begin to understand the physical and emotional hurdles he is now facing. The thought of losing both legs at such a young age is something I can’t fully comprehend, and my heart goes out to Levi as he begins this difficult journey. Levi’s life has changed in ways most of us can’t imagine. He now faces not only the physical recovery, but also the emotional and financial burdens that come with such a life-altering event. Medical bills are already piling up, and there will be many more expenses as he works toward rehabilitation and adapts to his new reality.
