Supporting My Dad, Jeff Mallory My name is Kori Bibb, and I’m Jeff and Brenda Mallory’s daughter. I’m setting this up on behalf of my parents with the help of my brothers, as so many people have been asking how they can support our family right now. Jeff and Brenda are missionaries and the founders of Hope Village International, an orphanage in the Philippines that they’ve poured their lives into for many years. Through their work, they’ve cared for and loved so many children and families, faithfully following what they feel called to do. To us, he’s also just Dad, and “Pop” to his four young grandkids who absolutely adore him. While in Manila preparing to speak at a conference, my dad developed a sudden and severe headache on April 30 and was taken to the hospital. Things escalated quickly. He is now in the Neurocritical Care ICU in Manila being treated for bacterial meningitis (Streptococcus pneumoniae), a serious infection affecting the brain. He went through this once before in 2025, but this time has come with new complications, especially being overseas and navigating a very different healthcare system. He is currently receiving intensive care, including ventilator support and constant monitoring. Why We Need Help Healthcare in the Philippines is very different than in the U.S. Much of the treatment, especially in the ICU, requires payment upfront. As my dad continues to receive critical care, the costs for his treatment, medications, and ongoing needs are significant and continue to grow quickly. On top of that, because of his condition, he’s unable to travel or continue his ministry work right now, which also impacts their financial support. How You Can Help So many people have reached out asking how they can help, and we’re incredibly grateful. If you feel led, any support will go directly toward caring for my parents during this time and covering medical expenses along with the many unexpected costs that come with something like this. This includes ICU care and hospital treatment, medications and necessary procedures, continued care as he stabilizes and hopefully begins recovery, and the possibility of medical transfer or travel when he is able. All funds will go directly to support my parents during this season. A Life of Service My dad has spent his life serving others, loving people well, and sharing hope wherever he goes. Through Hope Village International and his ministry, he’s impacted so many lives, both in the Philippines and beyond. Right now, we’re taking things one day at a time and trusting God through it all. Thank You If you’re able, we would be so grateful for your support, whether that’s donating, sharing this page, or simply praying for my dad and our family. We truly appreciate all the love, encouragement, and prayers. It means more than we can put into words
