<div>My big sister Jessica White was driving along 162nd near ne 7th in Vancouver on 4/19 when two people that were racing one another on the opposite side of the road caused a horrific accident. One of the racers lost control and jumped over the median, landing on top of Jessica's Blue Subaru Forester, and a silver Honda Civic, causing horrific injuries.

<div>Jessica broke and dislocated parts of her spine, and broke multiple bones in both her legs. Jessica is currently unable to do anything on her own for the next several months. she is unable to walk and is bedridden as she begins the very long process of recovery. By doctor's estimates, she will be in the hospital for at least a month before she is strong enough to go home and continue the process there.

<div>While car insurance is most likely going to cover most of the medical expenses, she is also without medical insurance, and we are extremely worried about her living situation at her apartment. Her work will not compensate her during this time, so she is left with zero income. She is also the sole caregiver of our mother who has Parkinson's and dementia. Whom also lives with Jessica.
