<div>My name is Stephane van der Aa and I'm the creator of TI One Voice, a platform to bring Targeted Individuals together and to help us document our experiences to build a common set of testimonies that will one day serve as evidence so us TI's can receive recognition and so that we can bring those behind the targeting to justice. Right now I've been running TI One Voice on my existing computers from home. Now that the community is starting to grow and that I'm adding more and more new functionalities to the platform the existing computers on which it runs are becoming a bit underpowered. This recently started to reflect in some stability issues where the app has crashed a few times, mostly due to memory limitation issues. What I'm asking to each of you is to help me fund the purchase of a new server so I can continue to bring TI One Voice to an ever growing community of TI's and this otherwise completely free. I'm already paying for all the recurring fees myself and this continued investment on my part is okay for me but I have to also live within my means. Currently I'm still unemployed living on disability benefits and the purchase of a new server is simply too big of an investment for me alone right now. That's why I'm reaching out to the community, to you asking you if you would like to help out and fund the new server for TI One Voice?

Havana Syndrome in Europe

<strong>ICATOR</strong>, or the <strong>I</strong>nternational <strong>C</strong>oalition <strong>A</strong>gainst electronic <strong>To</strong>rture and <strong>R</strong>obotization of living beings <br />is an association defending victims submitted to electronic torture and robotization.<br /><br />We are living in the electronic age, where artificial intelligence, microchips and other electronic warfare is used against isolated victims that are used as guinea pigs for a world wide project. Humans as well as animals are used and abused for the profit of the powers that be. More and more individuals are targeted to get mind controlled to serve as slaves in all domains. They do it smoothly and continiously with misinforming publicity and with the aid of politicians they control. According to certain figures, over 4 Million people are targeted today, in Europe only, and most of them have microchips inplanted against their will. Many victims do not even know or understand what is going on and their family, friends and colleagues start to distance themselves from these victims which are considered as having an abnormal behaviour.  <br /><br />ICATOR has started officially on the 12th of April 2016 and we already have our first confrontation where we have to face justicial attacks to intimidate and eliminate us as well as the victims . We need full financial support. Every donation is welcome, as from 5€ till what you would like to donate. <div>Nothing about how the Kyiv Independent started was normal. When you imagine yourself launching a new venture, you must imagine months of careful planning, pitching to investors, putting together a team, and picking out a location for an office.

<div>Well, we had four days. You read that right.

<div>Three years ago, we were fired from a newspaper for standing up to censorship attempts. It was gutting. We were a bunch of young journalists, standing up against a rich owner who thought that he showed us how the world runs — and who runs it.

<div>Fortunately, we were young and rebellious enough to not accept it. Four days later, we announced that we were launching our own newspaper. We will show them, we thought. We will show them that you can do independent journalism, and not bow to anyone.

<div>There was one tiny inconvenience. We had no money. This grand idea of doing independent English-language journalism from Ukraine had very good chances of crashing when it met with reality.

<div>And then… you showed up. Our readers. Thousands of you have chosen to support our work — you made it all possible.

<div>When the full-scale invasion hit, just three months after we started the Kyiv Independent, you were there for us. And we showed up for you, too — we became your window into Ukraine as it has been fighting for its existence.

<div>Since then, we have written thousands of articles, hundreds of field reports. We produced six documentaries. We published news-breaking investigations. Our team won over 20 international awards for its journalism. Our team grew from 18 to 60 people.
