Help Us Care for 11 Rescued Dogs and 6 Cats Who Had Nowhere Else to Go Hi everyone, Over the years, my family and I have taken in abandoned animals that we found on different streets, parking lots, and neighborhoods. Some of them simply showed up at our front door hungry, scared, and needing help. We could not turn them away. Today, we are caring for 11 dogs and 6 cats, all rescues ranging from young to senior animals, some up to 15 years old. These animals are not just pets to us — they are family. Many came to us sick, injured, neglected, or abandoned by previous owners. We have done everything we can on our own for years. We have spent our savings making sure they are fed, safe, and cared for. But the costs have become overwhelming, and we are now at a point where we truly need help. The donations will help us provide: * Deworming medications * Rabies vaccinations * Flea and tick treatments * General veterinary care * Food and supplies * A separate safe area for the cats * An additional fenced area for 2 of the dogs Right now, we already have 3 separate fenced areas, but we urgently need to build one more to keep everyone safe and comfortable. My children will also be starting college soon, and while we continue doing everything possible for these animals, we are struggling to balance their care with preparing for our children’s future. We have tried many times to find homes for these dogs and cats, but sadly, most people are unwilling to adopt them, especially the older ones. We could not bear to abandon them again. Any amount helps — whether it is $5, $10, or simply sharing this fundraiser.
