</div>
<div>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
</div>
<div>Many of you know our family’s passion for caring for children in Uganda. Today, we wanted to share a little bit about why we do what we do and how we are working to keep our community’s children safe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Did you know that in Uganda, there are nearly 3 million orphans? It’s a big number, but the reality behind it is even more complex. Surprisingly, about 80% of children in institutional care actually have living family members. Often, it’s poverty or a lack of medical support that leads to families being separated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why being "Legal" matters to us:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You may have heard that the government is currently closing down unlicensed orphanages. While this sounds difficult, it is actually a very good thing! The Ugandan Ministry is cracking down to stop child trafficking and ensure that every child is in a safe, high-standard environment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our Promise to You:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a family-run, fully legal operation, we don't just provide a roof; we provide a home. We believe in:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✅ Family First: We work hard to keep kids connected to their relatives whenever possible.
</div>
<div>✅ High Standards: We follow every government guideline—from caregiver ratios to health safety—because our kids deserve the best.
</div>
<div>✅ Transparency: We are proud to be vetted and licensed, ensuring that every donation goes directly to the children’s well-being.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We aren't just an "institution"—<strong>we are a family helping other families stay whole.</strong> Thank you for standing with us as we provide a legal, loving, and safe haven for those who need it most.

<div>Hello everyone, My name is Jaleah but I go by (Leah), and I am a 19-year-old mother facing the unimaginable. On February 8, 2026, my world completely shattered when I had to deliver my twin boys, Elias and Elijah, at just three months pregnant. A few days prior, on February 3rd, I was rushed to the hospital with severe, terrifying cramps that doctors identified as early labor pains. The immense stress and fear took a heavy toll. The very next day, my water broke and I began to dilate. After days of enduring the most agonizing physical and emotional pain of my life, my beautiful boys were born. Elias fought so hard, taking only five precious breaths in my arms before he gained his wings, Elijah was born still birth having passed away before he could take his first breath.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Words cannot express the profound ache in my heart. Writing this takes every ounce of strength I have left. As a young mother, I am not only carrying the weight of a lifetime of grief, but I am also facing overwhelming financial burdens that I cannot manage alone.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Every single dollar brings me closer to properly honoring my sons and getting the professional help I need to survive this tragedy. Even if you can only spare $1, your generosity makes a massive difference.If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this link with your community and keeping Elias, Elijah, and me in your thoughts and prayers.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and God bless you all❤️.</em></strong>

<div>Hi my name is John bakwate and am fundraising for food , clothes, scholastic materials and paying hospital bills for unprevilaged children and orphans , after being hit by prolonged drought last season we have been serviving by God's grace. that's why we are running to you for help. Anything you give to us can save a day
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />

</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1703225351788663_r.jpeg" width="100%" /><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1701073357449543_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I and my wife started a day care in 2019 before COVID after seeing a big number of children who are as a result of early pregnancies and early marriages in our area that could not afford going to school.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Poverty have made many young girls fail to go to school just because they can't afford buying books,pens , pencils and pads as a result they are decieved to get married at early ages and others are being forced to get married by their parents so that they can get some money. After all the result of that is getting children they can't look after.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div class="youtube-replace"><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Most of the children we have are the ones being abandoned by their mothers then you find that they are leaving those children to their poor grandparents who even getting a meal it's a problem.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1703225164254381_r.jpeg" width="100%" /><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1703182891208872_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So we decided to use the church as classes, others studying under the trees and providing them with breakfast and lunch because we lack funds to do the work
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We started with 30 children but the number kept increasing and now they are 150 . The best way one can understand our situation is when one reaches the ground and see for yourself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1699793758195511_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But we really need your help in getting food that's emergency we don't have food.
</div>
<div>We lack scholastic materials, benches where to sit, classrooms and clothes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76501403_1699793945833933_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anything you have will save a child, will give hope to someone who have a child who don't know the father just because she got pregnant in a bar trying to get what to eat.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The donations received goes directly to food mostly, and there are other instances where we have to use the donations to pay hospital bills.
</div>
<div> We are praying that we shall meet in the place where Jesus went to prepare for us and sing together the victory
</div>
<div> We love you so much and you mean everything to us
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These children are innocent
</div>
<div>Please we need you
</div>
<div>God bless you

Be a voice for the unprevilaged

<div>It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Joshua busby. Joshua left us today, (3/18/25) leaving behind his beloved wife, Christina busby, and their son, Daniel busby. His loss has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Joshua battled Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with incredible courage, never allowing his condition to define him. Despite facing his own struggles, he remained a beacon of positivity and encouragement to everyone around him. His strength, kindness, and unwavering spirit inspired so many, and he always found a way to uplift others- even in the midst of his own challenges.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now, in this time of grief, we are reaching out for support to help Christina and Daniel with Joshua's funeral services and cremation. The financial burden of these expenses is overwhelming, and any donation, no matter how small, will make a tremendous difference.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you are unable to contribute financially, we kindly ask that you share this fundraiser to help us reach others who may be able to assist.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your love, generosity, and prayers during this difficult time. Joshua's legacy of resilience and love will live on in all of us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With gratitude,

</div>

<div>The family of Joshua Busby.
