Hi, my name is Zoie, and I never imagined I would be writing something like this, but our family is in need of on going support. My husband, Liam, is 31 years old, we have been married for just under 2 years and preparing to undergo his third spinal surgery in just 10 months. What began as a health issue quickly became a life-altering journey for both of us. Over the past year, surgeries, complications, and ongoing pain have taken a tremendous toll on him physically and emotionally. Because of his condition and recovery needs, my husband lost his job last year and has been unable to return to work, after pushing through continuous back pain as long as he could until he was unable to stand for more than 30 seconds without excruciating pain. Since then, I have become the sole source of income for our household while also serving as his primary caregiver. In order to care for him, attend appointments, and support his recovery, I was forced to step away from one of my two jobs, which significantly reduced our income during an already overwhelming time. As we prepare for yet another surgery, the financial strain continues to grow. Between medical bills, medications, physical therapy, and everyday living expenses, and rental costs going up on our apartment, it has become incredibly difficult to keep up. We are doing everything we can, but the weight of it all has become more than we can manage on our own. My husband is strong, determined, and doing everything possible to heal, but this journey has been exhausting for both of us. This fundraiser is not easy to ask for, but it would mean the world to have some relief so we can focus on his recovery without constant fear and financial stress. Any support will help cover: • Medical and surgical expenses • Post-operative care, therapy, and medications • Lost income and essential living expenses • Support during recovery while my husband and myself are unable to work. If you are able to donate, please know how deeply grateful we are. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this fundraiser or keeping us in your thoughts and prayers means more than you know. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for supporting us during this incredibly difficult chapter of our lives. With sincere gratitude, The Webbers
