Sylvia “Yaarah” Partridge has always been dedicated to serving her community, but her life changed dramatically after a serious back injury at work left her disabled. Over the past two years, Sylvia has faced the challenge of living independently while on disability, making everyday tasks and maintaining stability much more difficult. Without nearby support, she has struggled to find the safety and comfort she needs. Now, Sylvia hopes to relocate closer to her family, who are ready to help her adjust to this new chapter. Being near loved ones would make a meaningful difference in her well-being and provide the support she needs to thrive. Despite these challenges, Sylvia remains committed to giving back. In the past year, she started a small business focused on growing herbs and vegetables, hoping to share her harvest with neighbors and friends. However, her current apartment severely limits her ability to garden, with only a small deck for space. Moving to a new home would not only bring her closer to family but also allow her to continue her passion for gardening and community service. Funds raised through this campaign will help Sylvia cover moving expenses and possibly start a small business to support herself as she settles into her new environment. Any support you can offer would help Sylvia move closer to her family and regain the ability to contribute to her community through her gardening business.
