My name is Jinx, and I’m reaching out for help to bring my beloved cat home to Chicago. My cat is currently stuck in California with my sister and her family, whom I don’t trust to care for him. Recently, they kicked him out onto the street, and it took two days before he was found and temporarily given to a friend. In two weeks, he’s supposed to go back to my sister’s home, and I’m deeply worried for his safety and well-being. I’ve raised my cat since he was just a month old, and leaving him with my sister was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. Knowing he was left outside and vulnerable broke my heart, and I can’t bear the thought of him going through that again. I want to travel from Chicago to Sacramento to bring him back to a safe, loving, and permanent home where he’ll never have to face that kind of danger again. The funds I raise will help cover my travel expenses, including the airplane ticket, Uber rides, food, hotel stay, and shipping my clothes back to Chicago, since I left some things with my sister.
