My baby Mando is 3 years old. He had struvite crystals blocking him from being able to urinate. The vet told us that we needed to have a catheter inserted into him and flush out the crystals. Three days later and almost a $4,000 vet bill, we are giving him daily, three times a day medication for pain and anxiety. Today, July 3rd, in the morning, my mom saw him straining to pee and only a little bit coming out. We took him back to the same vet, they told us that blockage is back. We were recommend to go to Red Bank Vet Hospital because they have specialist for this type of surgery that will allow him to pee again. This surgery might be an upwards of 10 thousand dollars but i don’t want to ask for that much i feel guilty, but I literally don’t have that. He needs to be on a special diet for the rest of his life and that is also expensive. My mom is helping me pay for this and i feel terrible. She works hard and she had to take out a loan to help me so he wouldn’t be put down. I cannot live without Mando. This has been an awful experience for me and my family. I have cried and prayed, I just want my baby okay. Anything helps truly. Thank you
