Transgender Male 2 Years on Testosterone

Hello everyone! I am Hendrix Lawson. Some might know me as Demo, others by Henny. But today I make this as a last-ditch effort to support my surgical transition as a 20-year-old Transman. I'm the first-born child to a single struggling mom of 6 kids (myself included) and don't want to burden her more with my surgery costs. I am very active in my siblings lives and will continue to do so after my surgeries are completed. I would like to get them done as earlier as I can since the recovery will be rough and leave me out of commission and I wont be able to be hands on for a while. I came out as transgender at 16 to my friends first, then my family later at 17 (not by choice, I was outed by my principal). My family is very supportive of me and my decision to transition, they just arent financially able to help me with it. I am currently in between jobs with no insurance. As some of y'all may know, insurance is also starting to take away benefits for trans people. I tried to get insurance under my used-to-be employer, but for whatever reason, I was moved from full-time to part-time, so when my 90 days were over, I was no longer eligible for coverage, which would've been my key ticket to getting my surgeries. I am still looking for a job and will be waiting for open enrollment in November to try and get an insurance company that can help me. Also, so I won't have to rely solely on you guys. Anything helps and it's MUCH appreciated that you found in your heart the ability to donate and help me. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read my story and donate!
