Over the past 5 years, my life has become increasingly consumed by multiple serious and complicated health issues, countless specialist appointments, procedures, surgeries, testing, and the constant search for answers as well as other effective treatments.
I am dealing with chronic pain, exhaustion, a great emotional toll, and significant physical limitations while continuing to navigate several serious medical conditions that affect my vascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, gastric, and autoimmune systems. Much of my care now requires traveling long distances (Abilene, Austin, Dallas, Temple) to these specialists, sometimes requiring overnight stays. The expenses associated with transportation costs, gasoline prices, hotels, food, medical care, medications, recovery, and other everyday necessities have become increasingly difficult to financially manage.
I am not someone who finds it easy to ask others for help, but I have reached a point where I simply cannot carry all of this alone. Any donation, no matter the amount, would help relieve some of the financial pressure and allow me to focus more of my energy on treatment, recovery, and hopefully getting some portion of my normal quality of life back.
