<div>Hello my name is Erin, I am Debbie’s daughter. Currently our family is walking through one of the hardest chapters of our lives right now. Recently, my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer — specifically invasive lobular carcinoma. The diagnosis was a devastating blow, but my mom is meeting it with the same strength and grace she’s carried throughout her life.

<div>The tumor is large and aggressive, and her doctors have started an intensive chemotherapy regimen in the hope of shrinking it before the next steps in treatment. Chemo is never easy, but she is facing each session with courage, determination, and hope for healing.

<div>Watching her fight this battle is both heartbreaking and inspiring. She is exhausted at times, but she continues to show resilience and faith in the process. As a family, we are holding tightly to one another, leaning on love, prayers, and the belief that brighter days are ahead.

<div>My mom is more than a diagnosis — she’s a mother, wife, grandma, sister, aunt, a friend, a source of wisdom and laughter, and the heart of our family. We are walking this path with her every step of the way, and we believe deeply in her strength to overcome this fight.

<div>While she takes on this aggressive chemo and fights with everything she has she will be doing so while taking a leave of absence from her job of over 40 years in order to give her body rest when needed. With that being said, if you would like to donate to help off set the cost of medical bills and help with any expenses so that she can focus on fighting it would be greatly appreciated. If you cannot, we understand and ask that you keep her in your prayers as we go through this journey of unknown.
