    I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. I am facing a necessary stomach surgery, and the medical expenses and recovery costs have become more than I can manage on my own. My family means everything to me. My children are my greatest motivation, and my goal is to make a full recovery so I can continue being there for them.
