A week ago, two men came to our front door at 8pm and delivered eviction papers, telling us they had bought our house at a sheriff auction. When I looked up our address on Zillow, I saw that the house had been sold on March 5th. We were told we have 30 days to leave the home we've built our lives in. This sudden news has left our family of six scrambling to figure out our next steps. We need to move into a new house and cover the costs of moving all our belongings, including getting a storage unit. Unfortunately, recent vehicle issues forced us to use up our emergency funds, so we're holding yard sales and selling whatever we can to offset the costs. We volunteer at several nonprofit organizations locally here in Arizona, and we know that so many others are facing hardships right now. That's why asking for help is so difficult for us—we usually try to figure things out on our own. If you can help, please know that we are willing to work or barter any services we offer.
