<div>For most of my life, I’ve had to grow up quickly. I learned early on that survival comes before comfort, and that being strong wasn’t a choice; it was something I had to be. From the outside, I may look put together, but behind that is someone who has been carrying a lot on her own for a long time.

<div>Right now, I’m living in an environment that has become emotionally and mentally overwhelming. It’s not a space where I can grow, rest, or feel safe being myself. I’ve tried to manage it, to stay quiet, to push through, but I’ve reached a point where I know I need to leave if I want a real chance at a healthier life.

<div>I work as a caregiver and practical nurse, and caring for others is something I take seriously. I show up, I do my job, and I give people the support they need. But the truth is, while I spend my days helping others, I’ve been struggling to create stability for myself.

<div>The biggest challenge isn’t the decision to leave; it’s the cost of starting over. Rent, deposit, basic necessities, and transportation add up quickly, and I don’t have the financial support system to make that move on my own right now.
