Hello... my name is Alex. I am a mother of four, two boys and two girls. I am 30 years old, and my kids are 12, 9, 7, and 6.
Last year around February, I lost my job, and three days later, me and my kids lost the only home we knew. For the first time in our lives, we are currently not living under the same roof, but we still see each other every day. My oldest lives with her dad, and my younger three live with their dad's mom, so it would be their grandma on their dad's side. I live with my aunt in a two-bedroom apartment, not big enough for all of us to live there. This is very hard on my kids. We have always lived together. And it's so rough on my son with autism not being able to see his older sister or his mom like he used to. I'm currently working two jobs. I work every day, with 24-hour shifts twice a week. I barely get to see my younger three and only see my oldest one day out of the week now with all the working I am doing. I'm only working so much to save money for a house, a house I can buy and no one can take it from us. I have no one to turn to, and this is my last resort to get me and my babies in a house before next winter hits. Thank you for your time and reading about me, my kids, and our situation we are currently in.
