I am a caregiver for my grandmother on my dad's side, and right now, I have no income at the meantime besides doordashing. I help her take care of her granddaughter while also grieving the recent loss of my grandmother on my mom's side. Also taking care of three fur babies , On top of all this, I am now responsible for my grandmother's house, which is facing serious problems. The heat doesn't work at all, the water pipes have broken and flooded the basement, and the electricity keeps shutting off randomly. I have tried to find resources to help, but so far, I haven't had any luck and am in desperate need of support. My grandmother's will was for her house to remain a safe place for our family—a place to run to when things get rough. She worked so hard to make this home possible for us, and it breaks my heart to see it falling apart. I struggle with mental health and Asperger’s, which makes it even more challenging to work outside the home while caring for my family. My goal is to fix the broken pipes, update the electrical system to reduce fire risk, and repair the heating so we can have a safe place to sleep and eat. My grandmother is struggling with cancer and cannot care for herself, and I am her main support. Any remaining funds will go to supporting charities, as giving back is important to us. I’m so sorry that this may be inconvenient timing, and I wholeheartedly understand that many are also struggling. I am reaching out for help, guidance, advice, and prayers. I genuinely need help bringing my grandma’s house back to life, and I am so grateful for anything you can offer. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
