Joseph Etienne

Hi, I’m Joseph Etienne, a catering chef. I've been doing catering and food truck work for more than a decade now. Food truck life has been a passion of mine since I was a kid and my dad had one. I always wanted to go out with him on it and loved being on it. It’s been my dream for some time now to have one of my own. Seems like the harder I work, the further away my dream becomes. I already know posting on here can be fruitless when you really don’t know anyone that feels it’s worth their time or energy to help someone else catch the vision of their heart. Anything towards this would mean the world to me.
