What they care about

I care about my family, my friends, my communities, animals and people in need- especially medical We are nothing if we don’t support each other ♥️

Just another little update. As expected, I was separated from my employer at the end of July. I felt so terrible for my coworkers having to work short-staffed for all this time, because I know how stressful and exhausting it is. I am still unable to work as I recover from the Post-Pericardotomy Syndrome Pericarditis, and have not been cleared to return to the workforce. My follow up is in October, so we will go from there. I am thankful that I finally qualified for the LTD benefits. I’ll gladly take some kind of income over zilch, even if it is 60% but I have lost my insurance coverage- and as a result my son lost his as well. Hopefully when I am cleared to work again I will find something quickly and get him back on there. Nothing is ever easy is it?. Overall, I feel better for the most part but there have been a few flare ups after I have apparently overexerted myself without realizing it at the time. This has been so frustrating because by nature I am a very active person and it’s hard for me to just REST and be a sentient potato most of the day. BUT I have been able to spend more time with my Grandson than I would have been able to otherwise, so I am thankful for that. Just wanted to keep everyone updated as you all have helped me to bridge a massive gap. I will be forever grateful to each and every one of you for your kindness, generosity and support.
