<div>This fundraiser is to help family cover the cost of funeral expenses for Kanin Douglas. At only 19 years old, he has been taken from us way too soon. This tragic loss has caused so much pain in many family members and friends. He was always so kind to everyone and made sure to put a smile on your face, even through his own hardships. All we want is to make sure he is peacefully put to rest. All of the donations will be received by his Granny, Carolyn Jay. <div>I came to Go fund in hopes to help a family member. His name is Lynn Nelson. It all started right before Christmas when Lynn started to feel an ache in his arm. This ache became unbearable. So unbearable that Lynn (a farm hand who picks up extremely heavy bags of feed and etc.) was struggling to pick up a small bucket. Lynn has always been known as being strong and one who never complains about aches. Lynn’s boss (Glenn) and his wife Carrie finally talked Lynn in to going to the Doctor. When they got to the hospital he was told he had cancer and it had spread to his bones.

<div>As you can imagine this was news that no one expects or looks forward to hearing.
</div>
<div>It was a shock to everyone and not something that anyone wanted to accept to hear was the problem. They went to another hospital just to be sure and get a second opinion before jumping the gun.
</div>
<div>The second hospital had the same results and same information as the first one.
</div>
<div>All this information given right at Christmas right during the holidays. During a time everyone is suppose to feel happiness and joy. Not get the news they received.
</div>
<div>Im asking that everyone try and help in any way possible with this family.
</div>
<div>Carrie (Lynn’s Wife) is out of work right now caring for him.
</div>
<div>I can’t express how kind hearted and giving these two are. They go above and beyond for their family, friends, and community. Willing to give the very piece of clothing they are wearing to someone else.
</div>
<div>Lynn and Carrie both are the most caring people you will meet. They are never the ones asking for help but they are always the ones giving. I want to do for them as they have done for me as well as several others. I want to help them in a time of need. Helping lift the weight of their finances. If you can I ask that you please help me help them. Rather it be a dollar to help or even lifting them up in prayers. Anything literally anything will help them.

<div>Lynn was just admitted to the emergency room a couple nights ago in so much pain. Pain that not even the strongest meds could touch. I ask that you pray over his aches and pains.

<div>We plan to do many more fundraisers and etc to help this family.

Logan had no insurance so we are asking for help to cover the expenses for his funeral arrangements.Logan was such a loving, caring , polite, hard working young man. He would help anyone if he could. If you knew Logan you know his smile was huge and he could always make you laugh! We will cherish the good memories we have with him and cling to those to get by. <div>Hey everyone, Spencer here with SB Mowing, and I got a call from a friend at the city, and she told me that there is an elderly lady that is in desperate need of help. So, I stopped by her house, and her lawn was getting CRAZY! She’s been trying to get someone out to take care of it, but nobody is answering their phones. The city has given her a warning for her grass and was going to charge her $240 to cut it, which she couldn’t afford. So, I completely transformed her lawn for free, and she was in tears; she was so happy.

<div>I shared the video a few months later on my social media platforms, and a lot of people are wanting to donate to help her fix some of the accessibility issues around her home. Here are the things that I think would go a long way for her.

<div>1. A ramp going to her door so that she doesn't have to walk up and down stairs to get outside.
</div>
<div>2. A new driveway - Her current driveway is really broken up and is a bad tripping hazard.
</div>
<div>3. A chair lift to get her to her washer and dryer downstairs. Currently, she relies on her neighbors across the street to come over once a month to go downstairs to do her laundry.
</div>
<div>4. I would like to pay a company to maintain her yard for the next few years. Unfortunately, it is a bit too far of a drive for me to get there every week.
</div>
<div>5. If funds allow, she has a few broken windows that need to be replaced in her house.
</div>
<div>6. If funds allow, she could use a new bed that is easier to get in and out of.
</div>

<div>I really appreciate everyone that donates to help Beth out. I will make sure that the money goes towards fixing all of the items above or any other accessibility issues that Beth needs. Some leftover money will be give to her in cash and the rest will be donated to local non profits to help other people in the same situation she is in.

<div>We received a phone call in the late night hours that would forever change our lives. Jalexius, a very loved daughter and sister, was one of the two young women taken from us in Dothan, Al, on November 20, 2022. Gun violence played a role in Jalexius losing her life. She was at a gathering that she did not know would be her last. After witnessing her friend being murdered in front of her, the gun was turned on her. "Lex" meant everything to us. Her smile, her kind words, her warm, loving hugs, her infectious laugh, her huge heart, and just her simply blessing us with her presence are now all a part of our past. She was an amazing aunt; she always ensured her niece was okay. One thing she didn't play about was her niece. No matter how much we ask God to send her back to us, we will never get her back. Not only did Lex have a large impact on our family, but she had a loving impact on many people who knew her. God makes no mistakes, and we appreciate and love him for protecting our heavy hearts as we send our baby home. Anything helps, and anything received will be so, so appreciated and will be put towards funeral costs and lost wages due to missing work.
