 As many of you know, Tracey recently underwent brain surgery to remove an aggressive tumor. The surgery is now behind her, and we are thankful for the incredible medical team that cared for her. We are currently awaiting pathology results to learn more about the tumor and what the next steps in her treatment and recovery may look like. We will continue to share updates as we receive more information.

Help Me Get Back on the Road - My Family Depends on This

Our good friend Paul Brown is in the fight for his life.<br /><br />First of all you need to know that Paul wouldn't want me to do this; it's going to make him feel uncomfortable.  But with all sincerity, Paul would do it for any one of us.<br /><br />During the summer of 2020,  Paul's world was turned upside down.  Paul went in for a scan for stomach pains that would not go away.  A small mass was detected by his stomach and pancreas, and a biopsy was conducted and sent off to John Hopkins Medical Center for results.  After an inconclusive result, surgery was scheduled.  During surgery they found the mass had spread and surgery was no longer an option.  Another biopsy was taken of the mass and after the second results came back, Paul was diagnosed with a sarcomatoid carcinoma of the pancreas (a very, very rare cancerous tumor).  Paul was immediately scheduled for a visit with a specialist at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.  Unfortunately, the tumor had grown and they could no longer operate or do anything else for him.<br /><br />After he flew back home to Boise, Paul started his first round of chemo-therapy on January 7th, 2021.  He will have many more upcoming doctor's appointments to help come up with a plan of action going forward.<br /><br />Whether you know Paul from Micron (where he has worked for the last 20 years) or from Boise Ranch Golf Course where Paul spent most of his free time, you will know Paul is the nicest, most caring guy in the world.  <br /><br />As you can imagine, this treatment is very expensive and the cancer is growing and spreading, so time is of the essence to get him the help he needs.  We'd like to support Paul by fundraising for medical assistance, related expenses, and to make sure that Paul's healthy, speedy recovery is the primary focus.<br /><br />Paul and his family are so appreciate of the outpouring of support and love they received already, and look forward to sharing good news with you.

Lynn Gordon was diagnosed with acute leukemia in January.  We all know how strong she is, and she is truly continuing the fight, but unfortunately it is not one she is likely to win. The family's hope and wish for her is to be able to remain at home. <p>Sam Harmer took his life on Friday, August 4 after battling depression for many years.   He spent every moment of his life bringing fun and energy to the life of others, but he wasn't able to feel much of it himself.<br /><br /><strong>He is survived by 7 children and a wife who he loved dearly.  Alecia, Braedon, Daisy, Sammy Jr., Annie, Carley, and Cayley were his life.</strong><br /><br />We have established this GoFundMe to help Sam to take care of his wife and children in a way that he no longer can.  This fund will benefit Sam's children as they age and go off to college, as well as funeral expenses and the needs that Christina has to keep the family going.<br /><br /><strong>No more meaningful tribute could be made to Sam than to serve his children.  The family was relying on two incomes.</strong></p>
<p>A celebration of Sam's life will be held at the Steuckle Sky Center above Bronco Stadium on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 6-8PM.</p>
<p>All funds will be dispersed directly to Christina Harmer to cover funeral expenses, household care, and for the benefit of the children.  All funds to be allocated at Christina Harmer's discretion.</p>
