My journey started in simple moments, learning to prepare meals and slowly discovering that I had a passion for creating flavors, not just following recipes. Over time, I began experimenting—mixing ingredients, trying new ideas, and inventing my own recipes. What started as curiosity turned into something deeper. Cooking became my safe space, my creativity, and my dream. Now, I want to take that dream further by opening my own restaurant in Louisville.
