IRON SHARPENS IRON – Investing in the Future of Our Youth My name is John Lebron, and I am proud to be both a father of Jace Lebron, A future prospect and a active coach with the Empire Outlaws Youth Football Organization in the Bronx, New York. What started as supporting my son's football journey has grown into a commitment to helping develop young athletes and future leaders in our community. The phrase "Iron Sharpens Iron" represents everything we stand for. We believe that when young people are surrounded by positive influences, strong mentorship, discipline, teamwork, and accountability, they become stronger both on and off the field. Football is more than a game—it's a tool that teaches life skills, builds confidence, creates lasting friendships, and provides opportunities that many of our youth may not otherwise experience. As a coach, I am dedicating my time and energy to helping these young athletes succeed. My goal is not only to help my son reach his full potential but also to help create a brighter future for every child who puts on an Empire Outlaws jersey. We are working to provide experiences that expose our players to higher levels of competition, education, and personal growth. The funds raised through this campaign will not only help my son with travel and exposure out of NYC , but will also be used on this teams growth: it will help out with • Transportation to out-of-state football events and tournaments • Travel expenses for National Youth Football Championships in Florida • Participation in elite youth football combines and showcases in Virginia and potentially many other states • Essential football equipment, uniforms, and protective gear • Team development programs and training opportunities • Educational and mentorship experiences • Opportunities for our athletes to meet current and former New York Jets and New York Giants players • The chance for our youth athletes to play and participate in a scrimmage experience at MetLife Stadium These opportunities can be life-changing for our players. Many of these young athletes come from hardworking families, and financial barriers can sometimes prevent them from experiencing events that could open doors for their future. Your support helps remove those barriers and gives these children a chance to compete, learn, grow, and represent their community with pride.
