<div>This October I’ve decided to take part in 1 Mile a Day for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, and it’s something that means a lot to me personally.
</div>

<div>I’m doing it for my Grandad Kevin, who we sadly lost to lung cancer, and for my Grandad Alex, who is currently living with lung cancer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also know other people who have been affected by this horrible disease, so I’m doing this for all of us and hopefully raising a bit of money along the way to help support such an important cause.
</div>

</div>
<div>It’s only 1 mile a day, but Evie will be joining me on some of the walks too. I thought it was a nice distance to get her involved, and it will be lovely for us to do it together.
</div>
