Zero income coming in for Chris is going to hit us hard with all of the incoming bills we have and just daily life. unfortunately he doesn’t qualify for any type of disability or unemployment so we are solely relying on what God provides for our family for a short period of time. I have been had a yard sale set up for the last 2.5 weeks and sadly it hasn’t been as successful as I had hoped. I’m trying to be creative to bring in funds while he is home and take care of him and everything else. I am back on the schedule for work this week but again that is still only half of our normal income and my hours have been cut by 10 hours a week. I knew this though with the new day position I took 2 months ago that it was a possibility. One day at a time, we will not loose faith and we will make it through this.

<div>Chris is recovering from his heart surgery and is doing good. He has a LONG road ahead of him and will be out of work for up to 6 months, Nancy has taken a leave without pay from her job to help take care of Chris.

<div>first time in the

<div>winter of 2007,

<div>revealing he was in

<div>congestive heart

<div>failure.

<div>Today I was in Walmart and asked a stranger if they’d help buy me food because I hadn’t eaten all day. I met the most amazing lady, a true angel named Lani. Lani immediately helped me and I then revealed the the food was for her. Before even looking into the box, Lani started to tear up. Then, when she saw it was a $1,000 she burst into tears. Lani shared with me that her husband was sick and in the hospital with cancer and that he was the main one paying the bills. She works at Dollar Tree but unfortunately her income is not enough for her car payment and her rent with her husband unable to provide income. When I asked if she was afraid she would get evicted she broke down crying again.

Last Saturday Brian and his family had plumbing issues. They had called someone out to try to figure out the problem and found that there was a part of the plumbing for his house was cracked or broken. They received an estimate a few days later and it came out to be around $4500.00. This is a large unaccounted for expense and this Gofundme page was created to help cover this cost.<br /><br />Brian along with his wife have blessed so many families and friends. They have given so much time and energy to the church and to Princeton with food distribution along with clothing they give out every weekend along with helping strangers they don't even know. <br /><br />We hope that folks will step up and help them out in this time a need. We always want to help thy neighbor and this is a perfect example.
