I’m reaching out during one of the hardest times of my life. My beloved dog, also named Bo, was more than just a pet—he was my constant companion, always by my side, showering me with love and kisses. He even spent his birthday in the hospital, undergoing surgery that day. Just three days after the anniversary of my mother’s passing, Bo died. The pain of losing him, especially so close to my mother’s anniversary, has been overwhelming. Bo loved my mother deeply and was always with her when we visited her house. Bo’s sudden injury turned my world upside down. In one week, he needed four surgeries, and I found myself rushing him to the hospital in the middle of the night, desperate to save him. There were overnight stays, oxygen tanks, and countless moments of hope and heartbreak. Despite my best efforts, Bo developed complications and passed away. The cost of his care has left me with overwhelming debt. I took out a loan and even withdrew from my retirement account, doing everything I could to keep my baby alive. Now, with mounting bills, legal fees, and car troubles, I’m struggling to stay afloat.
