As an uncompromising, raw, and multidimensional lyricist, he helped usher in an era of underground rap music that stood firmly against imitation and dilution. His voice, truth, presence, originality, and energy are forever woven into the legacy of the<strong> MF DOOM’s “Operation Doomsday,” Monsta Island Czars’ “Escape from Monsta Island,”</strong> and his solo effort <strong>“A Penny For Your Thoughts.”</strong>

<div>Beyond the music, Tommy was a father, a brother, a son, an uncle, a cousin, a mentor, and a survivor... Those who knew him personally understood that his heart ran deeper than the records and his love for his close people was always real.
