Help Jordan Get Back on the Road A few days ago, a young driver ran a stop sign while Jordan was already halfway through an intersection. Thankfully, Jordan is okay—just a little sore—but his car wasn’t as lucky. Jordan worked hard all summer to save every dollar for that car. At just 18 years old, he started as a basic associate at LA Fitness and quickly climbed the ranks to Assistant General Manager, even stepping up as acting General Manager when needed. His work ethic, leadership, and drive have made him a true example of determination and resilience. This fall, Jordan is taking the next step toward his dream: becoming a firefighter. He was hand-selected by the county fire rescue to be fully sponsored through his EMT and Fire Academy training, with a guaranteed position waiting for him once he completes the program. With the accident under investigation and no access to a rental car because of his age, Jordan is now without reliable transportation to get to EMT school and a part-time job. While insurance will help, it won’t come close to covering what he put into his car. Jordan spent $7,000 of his own savings to buy that vehicle outright, and insurance may only pay out half of that amount. Jordan has always been the kind of young man who steps up for others. Now, he’s facing an unexpected setback at a crucial moment in his life — and this is our chance to step up for him.
