What they care about

I'm passionate about helping fellow Marine Veterans.

The non paying tenants have finally been evicted, leaving a complete mess and owing $10k which will be pursued in civil court for wage garnishment, though they're doing their best to dissappear. As you can see, there are a lot of repairs needed to make this traiker habitable. Victor and his cats will be able to move back into this larger trailer and just destroy the tiny one he was dwelling in, which is the cheaper way out of all those upgrades the county was requiring. So, some progress and some more to be done.
Please accept my apology for the length of time since the last update. Victor is finally in the late stages of evicting the tenants from the main trailer while he and his cats have been living in a tiny towable trailer in the back yard. The tenants have not paid utility bills and the electric was shut off to the complex without notice to Victor $350. Unfortunately the donated funds have been depleted at this point. I bought him a laptop and printer to utilze the internet for some of the forms he's had to file. He has a truck that still needs repaired, $1100 , so he is currently without transportation. He applied and got another extension from the county for the required updates. Any additional funding will go a long way and be much appreciated.

Victor, a fellow Marine Veteran and his 12 cats are facing homelessness. His trailer needs mandated updates to be in code or he'll be forced to abandon it. He has until April 10th to complete the updates.
