Hi my name's carol and I'm trying to raise money to keep my house, keep my lights on feed my animals and keep my semi that I make my living with. On Dec 9th I had to have a second cornea transplant, because the first Dr did a terrible job and I lost my vision. On Dec 23rd I had a total hysterical due to a pet scan finding cancer which made its way into the lining and hopefully not into my lymph nodes or other organs. My name is Carol, and I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. I recently underwent a full cornea transplant, which has left me unable to work for at least two weeks. On top of that, I’m preparing for cancer surgery next week, which will require another four weeks of recovery. As a truck driver, my job depends on my health, and right now, I simply can’t be on the road. Without any income during this period, I’m facing the real possibility of falling behind on my bills. The funds I raise will go directly toward keeping a roof over my head, feeding my animals—including the dogs I rescue—making sure the lights stay on, and helping me hold onto my semi, which is not just my livelihood but a symbol of my independence and hard work. I have some of the greatest friends anyone could ask for, both in my business and personal life.
