Alvin Beaver was a very caring young man who spent his entire life bravely fighting sickle cell disease. He was 35 years old, just one month shy of his 36th birthday. Despite the challenges, Alvin was blessed to receive a heart transplant one year ago, which gave him hope for a brighter future. Over the past year, however, he continued to face serious health struggles. Just a week ago, Alvin went into the hospital because the pain had become unbearable. When he arrived, he learned he needed a blood transfusion. After receiving the transfusion, Alvin never woke up.

 Our family is heartbroken by Alvin’s passing. We want to honor his memory by giving him the proper funeral, burial, and church service he deserves. The funds raised will help cover these costs and ensure Alvin is remembered with the love and dignity he showed throughout his life. Any support, prayers, or donations are deeply appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you for helping our family and for keeping Alvin’s memory alive.

Everyone who knew Isaiah can agree he was so very special, with such a kind heart, a beautiful big smile that lit up every room, and a laugh that was contagious. He had so much love for his family and friends he would do anything for them. And a loyal friend he was indeed. You will be forever missed Isaiah, more than words could ever say.

Hello Everyone,<br /><br />People that Nick have touched know that he is a very kind hearted man.  No one would of thought he would be battling an illness called CANCER.  Never in my mind that it could happen to him when he is full of life in so many ways!!! But CANCER came to his life in 2014.  He had undergone a few different types of chemotherapy, naturopathatic therapy, and radiations, thinking that it would stop at least stop the growth of the cancer cells. Unfortunately, the cancer along with all the treatments have taken a toll of his quality of life.  Quality of life is and always will be his goal but with this illness it will never be the same.  Everyday he is always in pain.  As a loved one goes through the terrible pain that cancer brings, it makes me angry because I, his wife can't take the pain away from him.  It breaks my heart everytime he ends up in the ER because of pain. Along the way, he have had been hospitalized with ruptured gall bladder, blood clots in his lungs, pneumonia, etc. We tried everything but the cancer in him keeps growing.<br /><br />On July 24th 2017, visiting his Oncologist, he have decided that the battle is over and he is <img class="not-resizable" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/22674108_1501631000.1293_funddescription.jpg" alt="" width="100%" /><br /><br />ready to take a new journey...he decided to go with hospice.  He said, as much as he wish he could be here on earth a little bit longer to be with his family and friends, his body is not allowing him to do so due to cancer.  He feels that it is the right thing to do...is to be with his Mom and sister in heaven.  As much as I would like him to stay with me forever, I agree, he need to rest and be pain free.  I know I  won't be ever be ready for him to go but I can't bare to see him in pain.  With this decision, Nick will only of less than 2 month or at least 2 months with us.  <br /><br />I am creating this campaign to be able to help pay for his expenses that he has now and to give him a beautiful memorial service as his life is being celebrated.  He is going to be cremated per his request.  I do hope that you find it in your heart to help us make this memorable tribute for Nick.  Thank you!

She came to the United States as a teenager to reunite with her father, building a new life from the ground up. All of her extended family — her mother, younger sister, and younger brother — remain in Jamaica, and they have now lost everything in the aftermath of this storm.</strong>

<div><strong>As a devoted mother, Nicole has always done everything she can to support her children here in the U.S., often putting her own needs aside to ensure they have stability, love, and opportunity. Despite the challenges of single motherhood, she worked tirelessly and saved over the years to build a home back in Jamaica for her family — a safe haven and a symbol of her sacrifice and love. Now, that home and all her family’s belongings have been destroyed, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs and the hope that help will come.</strong>

She’s the kind of person who quietly carries her burdens, always showing strength and compassion, and finding ways to help others even when she herself is struggling.
