I'm raising money to introduce 9D deep breath work to my area. It is a type of breathing meditation that releases all tension and past experiences. There are many benefits from this breath work, and I want to show the world what it's capable of doing, so I'm raising money for the equipment: headphones, mats, and eye covers. I hope with these donations, I can get these classes started and underway and start saving lives, one class at a time. 90 deep breath work is truly unbelievable. You have to try it to really experience it. It can be used for anybody, for any situation. You can go as deep as you want or as mellow as you want, but you will always get something out of it. It is a beautiful way to use your breath to reach your goals of uncovering the underlying issues in your life.
