My name is Peter, I live in Sweden and I am raising funds to help a single mother and her three sons in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Why This Family Matters to Me
I came into contact with this family through the children during their time in Sweden. Since their return to Kyiv, I have stayed in touch with them through social media. The mother does not speak much English, so our communication goes mainly through the children.
A Mother Raising Three Boys Alone in Kyiv
She is raising three boys on her own — a 6-year-old son and 13-year-old twin boys. Their father has been absent due to the war, and it is still unclear whether he is alive. The uncertainty, combined with the daily reality of war, creates a constant emotional and financial strain on the family.
Clothes and Food That Keep Circulating
I regularly collect clothes and basic food supplies to send to them. The boys are growing fast, and warm clothing, shoes, and everyday essentials are urgently needed. When clothes no longer fit, the family passes them on to neighbors and other families they meet in bomb shelters. Your support will not only help one family — it will continue to help others in their community.
Shipping Costs – The Only Obstacle
The cost of shipping is 20 SEK (about €2) per kilogram. Even small donations make a real difference. Every contribution goes directly toward covering the shipping costs so that these supplies can reach them safely.
A Long-Term Commitment
This is not a one-time effort. I am committed to continuing to support this family for as long as the need remains.
Your Support Makes This Possible
If you feel moved to help, please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser. Together, we can bring warmth, dignity, and hope to a mother and her sons living under the shadow of war.
Please donate at least the minimum for ONE box (€20) and please share forward.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
