hi everyone thanks for stopping and reading my story been cleaning up the rental property I am being evicted from the landlord owes me $16500.00 for remodeling his rental properties I owe him $10000.00 in rent and still have open invoices for repairs that are underway that I have paid out of my pocket for materials and am completing the work but am being evicted for this months rent of $1200.00 and there was a $200 rent increase even though I own all the appliances and all the ac units but you know what it's ok I'm am positive and looking forward to bigger and better things not complaining just explaining my situation,I will rise to greater things no matter what and find a better home for me n my family so I have been super busy getting this place cleaned up and letting a bunch of stuff go thanks vic n chilli

have yard sale going but really need help folks been looking for jobs hauling scrap to recycle cleaning up the property but also need to get a new place anything helps the well quit working and running on my generater please find it in your heart anything helps thanks vic n chilli

well I wanna thank Leslie skinner for her donation,I'm cutting up the steel in my backyard and selling it for scrap I am also putting many more items out in my yard sale at 4921 Elizabeth st I didn't make the landlords deadline however I have applied for assistance and have cleaned up my act also cleaning up this property and looking to rent another for my son and myself and my 2 dogs I cannot do business with people who are try to take advantage of a single dad ! I’m raising funds for myself, my 3-year-old son, and my dogs as I try to get through a housing and family crisis all at once. I’m a single dad, and right now I’m facing eviction while also trying to do everything I can to bring stability back to my son’s life. A false report led to my home being raided by police, and no drugs or guns were found. At the same time, my handyman business has been slow, which has kept me from renewing my license. My vehicle insurance lapsed, I fell behind on a truck payment, and everything has kept snowballing. My landlord is now evicting me, and the eviction service date is 9/28. My son has been placed with my oldest son through DCFS, and I have complied with their requests while waiting for word on when my little guy can come home. Every evening, I ride my quad across town to visit him. I keep smiling and I keep fighting, but this has been a painful place to be as a father. I have lived in this home for 5 years, and it was not even livable when I first came here. I also have no money and no food right now, so I’m asking for help to get through this immediate emergency. The first priority for any donations will be this month’s rent, my power bill, and getting one of my vehicles legal again so I can keep moving and search for a new place to rent. If you’re able to give, any support would mean a lot to me, my son, and my dogs. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would still help. I’m doing my best to keep going and to build a safe, stable place for my little guy to come home to. I truly appreciate anything anyone can do during this time.

My name is Vic, and I’m a single dad doing everything I can to provide for my two sons and our two dogs. Recently, I was hired to clean out an 18-acre property after the tenants were evicted. I followed all the court orders and tried to sell the salvageable items, but the evicted tenants saw my posts and started spreading false accusations online, claiming I stole their belongings. Because of this, my reputation and income took a huge hit. Just a few months ago, I was able to support my family comfortably, but now I’m barely scraping by. I don’t qualify for assistance, and I have no one to borrow from. I’m posting ads and taking every job I can find, but it’s still not enough to keep up with basic needs. With Christmas less than a week away, I haven’t been able to get anything for my 2-year-old or my 27-year-old son. I’m struggling just to keep food in the house for my family and our dogs. I’ve always been the one to help others, but now I find myself in a position where I need to ask for help. If you can spare anything, it would mean the world to me and my family.
