Hola a todos,

Mi nombre es Maribel Beatriz Boscan Guzman, tengo 54 años, venezolana.
Diagnosticada con Esclerosis múltiple tipo brotes y remisiones, hipertensión pulmonar severa primaria idiopática tipo PVOD y epilepsia gran mal.

He creado  la campaña https://www.gofundme.com/todos-por-maribel porque actualmente fue suspendido mi seguro de salud y beneficios, por lo que requiero ayuda para cubrir los altos costos de mis tratamientos.
Mi objetivo es mantener esta campaña de forma temporal, hasta que se reactive mi seguro de salud y los beneficios asociados a este.

Con el dinero recaudado voy a cubrir los siguientes gastos:

o   Gastos en medicinas, cada mes necesito tomar las siguientes medicinas: BUMETANIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE, Adempas - RIOCIGUAT, Opsumit, IV Remodulin (By catheter), Digoxin, Loperamide, Phenobarbital, Aubagio, Zyrtec, Zantac,Hydrocortisone Cream USP, 2.5%,ANUCORT-HC 25 MG SUPP, Ibandronic Acid, Ondansetron, Arnica Gel, Carboxymethylcelulose Sodium 1%, Acetaminofen.

o   Consultas médicas, las principales por causa de la esclerosis múltiple y la hipertensión pulmonar son: médico internista, neumónologo y neurólogo. En ocasiones también necesito acudir a médicos como: hematólogo, reumatólogo, endocrinolo, oftalmólogo, dermatólogo, alergólo, gastroenterólogo y ginecólogo, todas estas especialidades las consulto dependiendo de lo que sea afectado en el momento por la esclerosis múltiple, hipertensión pulmonar, epilepsia y por la aparición de efectos secundarios de las medicinas.

o   Exámenes médicos,  exámenes de laboratorio, ecocardiograma, ecoencefalograma, resonancias magnéticas (cerebro, lumbar, dorsal y cervical), prueba de los 6 minutos, densitometría ósea, cateterismos, gamagrama óseo, punción lumbar, mamografía, función pulmonar, tomografías (abdomen, pecho y otros órganos), RX (tórax, esófago).

o   Suministros y equipos médicos como pañales, toallas húmedas, cables de oxígeno, agua destilada, mantenimiento de equipos médicos: concentrador portátil de oxígeno, concentrador fijo de oxígeno, andadera, silla de ruedas, scooter.

o   Enfermería: honorarios profesionales personal de enfermería por limpieza semanal de catéter y por la colaboración con aseo personal 3 veces a la semana.

o   Vacunas.

o   Vitaminas: Vitamina C, D, Ultimate Flora Probiotic, Super Digestive Enzymes, Prenatal1 (suplemento de hierro y otros para anemia), Biotin.

o   Alojamiento y gastos de manutención.

 Estimo retirar los fondos con una frecuencia diaria y dada mi condición, estimo retirar montos de 80% del valor recaudado.

Hello everyone,

My name is Maribel Beatriz Boscan Guzman, I am 54 years old, Venezuelan.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (Relapse-Remitting), Idiopathic Primary Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension that is now connected to pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD) and Grand Mal Seizure Epilepsy.

I created the campaign https://www.gofundme.com/todos-por-maribel because my health insurance and benefits were suspended, so I need help to cover the high costs of my treatments.

My goal is to keep this campaign temporarily, until my health insurance and benefits associated are re-activated.

With the money raised, I plan to cover the following expenses:

o   Medical appointments: The main appointments are internal medicine, neumonologist and neurologist. Sometimes I need to go to other specialties such as hematologist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmology, dermatologist, allergy, gastroenterologist and gynecologist because the side effects of the medications or illness symptoms.

o   Medical tests: blood tests, echocardiogram, EEG, EKG, echoencephalogram, MRI (brain, lumbar, dorsal and cervical), 6MWT, bone density, catheterization, V/Q lung scan, lung and bone Gramma Grama, lumbar puncture, mammography, pulmonary function, CT scan (abdomen, chest, pelvis and sinus), X-ray (thorax, esophagus).

o   Medical supplies and equipment such as diapers, wipes, oxygen tubing, distilled water, maintenance of my medical equipment as portable oxygen concentrator, fixed oxygen concentrator, walker, wheelchair and scooter.

o   Weekly nursing for sterile catheter cleaning and home health care for bathing 3 times a week.

o   Vaccines.

o   Vitamins: Vitamin C, D, Ultimate Flora Probiotic, Super Digestive Enzymes, Prenatal1 (iron supplement for anemia), Biotin.

o   Monthly food stipend and living expenses.

I estimate to withdraw funds in a daily frequency and given my condition, I estimate to withdraw amounts of 80% of collected value.
