The Great Yarmouth Samarathon 2019

On 28th July 2019, as part of the Samaritans' Samarathon 2019 campaign, volunteers and friends of the Great Yarmouth Branch of Samaritans will walk 1.2 miles from Britannia Pier to just outside the Pleasure Beach. We are hoping our combined efforts will equal that of a marathon.
The Samaritans of Great Yarmouth have been offering support to the people of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk and beyond as members of the Samaritans Charity for over fifty years. We are an organisation entirely reliant on the giving of time by volunteers and funds by the public. We are proud of the work we do, striving to be there for our callers, visitors and writers at times when they need someone most.
