Terrminating Custody

Sometime around mid December I got stupid and drunk and wound up pregnant. It was only later when I found out I was pregnant and googled the Father that I found out he is a Level 2 sex offender, charged for meeting an 11 year old at 3AM when he was 21 and some how already out of jail at 23. I needless to say do not want this man in my Childs life, but I don't have the money to hirer a lawyer on my own. My Father is willing to help me as much as he can, but seeing as he's on the verge of losing his own job and my Step Mother will be the sole provider or the house I don't know how much help they will be able to give. I am begging to be honest, and the price is a tentative one because I'm fairly sure that a lawyer to terminate the Father's rights permanently will end up being more.
