Dear friends and family,
We want to first thank you all for visiting this relief campaign. As mothers from a little colonised country called Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), and whose independence was just proclaimed on October 1st 2017; our hearts remain heavy as we today witness a GENOCIDE being inflicted upon our families by a dictatorial regime of La Republique du Cameroun.
Our families are today living in constant fear. Everyday, our children; mostly young and energic boys are forcefully removed from their homes and either shot on the leg to incapacitate them or abducted and imprisoned. Some of our daughters have been raped by the military forces. Our husbands are powerless in the face of these carnage as most of them are taken away as well. The numbers of injury recorded daily has been overwhelming. Bringing immediate aid in the form of burial costs, medical aids and many other needs has been Takumbeng's most urgent task.
The goal of this Relief Fund is therefor to raise the much needed money so we can continue to carry out relief efforts by helping every one of our people who has been impacted by the brutal forces of the government of La Republic du Cameroon. We have been reaching out and are still reaching out to more families who have lost loved ones, including those injured. With so many heatbroken stories, our resolve to help every citizen of ours has been our motivation to look beyond our personal emotional as mothers.
Above is one of our daughter, who is now disfigured beyond recognision for life just because she was born into a minority people of Southern Cameroons. A people whose identity is at the verge of extinction through forced recolonisation by a former French colony call La Republique du Cameroun. The peaceful demand of our right to self determination from that brutal colonial government is what today has resulted to their indescriminate killing of our familie, inflicting pain and suffering upon our defenseless people.
As mothers of the Nation, we now know and have taken up the challenge as a duty to reasure our children and families that they are LOVED and that they will NEVER be abandoned by us nor the World.
We love ❤️, We are compassionate, We are Transparent, and We are Accountable.
