A horrific tragedy unfolded in New York last week when the state Senate voted in the Reproductive Health Act.
The new act:
- Allows Women in New York to abort full-term babies up to the second before they are born.
- Allows non-physicians to perform abortions.
- Strips abortion from New York's criminal code and places it in the public health law.
