Help Fix GA's Bad Campus Rape Bill

Last year along with other advocates and students I (a 27 year veteran of campus safety and victims' rights advocacy) worked to put a hold on the Georgia legislature's HB 51 "campus rape bill" that would have harmed campus sexual assault survivors. It would have also limited what colleges and universities could do to make their campuses safe.
HB 51 is back this year, and as the founder of a start-up business with limited cashflow that is paying the bills but not more will struggle to pay out of my own pocket to travel the four hour round trip to Atlanta multiple times. This year we can finish the job and arrive at legislation which balances the needs of both the accuser and accused, as well as empowers colleges and universities to protect their campuses. The legislature has just convened, and action is expected soon so your help as soon as possible is important.
My experience offers a unique resource in this dialogue, and could make the difference. This work is my life's passion, and your support will mean the world not only to me but those we will better be able to help protect by getting good legislation.
