Peacham Farmers Market is dedicated to supporting Vermont farmers and small businesses, increasing awareness about the value of eating local and providing our community and visitors an attractive, fun place to buy fresh, local farm products.
The market is currently funded by private donors and vendor fees (5% of gross sales per vendor/weekly, $25 vendor fee per vendor/one time). Our goal of $2000 would supplement the cost of online and print advertising, pre-ordered merchandise, website domain registration, manager's salary, and musicians pay.
The market received fantastic feedback in the form of a survey and word of mouth and we feel the community not only strongly supports but also benefits from a weekly Farmers Market.
