Sturtevant Rails Eagle Project

I am working to restore a 1930's Fairmont Maintenance Of Way (MOW) cart. I am also going to refurbish an old baggage cart as well as a park bench (weather permitting). The cart itself is rotting and is in need of a new frame and restoration of the wheels and pillow block bearings.  Any amount of money would be greatly appreciated.
