Stewartsville Concerned Citizens

A group of Concerned Citizens are concerned about the future quality of life in Greenwich Township, Warren County, New Jersey. We are raising funds to stop a high density low-income and very-low income public housing project, 144 rental units, already accepted by the Township leadership.

We are concerned about losing our small town feel, quality of life and the impact on neighborhood character. 

Several researchers have found that a larger concentration of low-income rental units were more likely to have a negative effect on property values than smaller projects, 50 units or less, scattered throughout a township.
