we need help

please bare with me because this is painful for me to do as i NEVER ask for help i am usally the one that gives the help but this time we are the family in need. weare a family of five and only have one income coming in. my son of 13 has atisum in the worset form aspergers my daughter has epilepsy and cognative delays which makes her memory very bad. my youngest is just an all over cheerful 8 year old. myself i struggle very much with massive back issues and now am being diagnosed with a sever case of fibromyalgia which makes every day a huge struggle. all of our Drs are an hour to an hour and a half drive and the medications are not any means cheap. so due to all of this we are haveing trouble paying some bills haveing money for grocerys as well as gas and anything else that might arise. which aslso makes christmas crap this year. we have never been in this spot but because of all the extra meds and dr appointments it has really wipped us clean. so please from the bottom of my heart thank you for reading this and if you can help in any way we will be so ever greatful and when we get back on our feet we will be sure to pay it forward because i absolutly believe in that. agian thank you so very much from my family to yours
