Spinathon for WISE

On March 23 I will be participating in a four hour spinathon for WISE.
"WISE is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people and communities impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence and stalking. WISE leads the Upper Valley to end gender-based violence through survivor-centered advocacy, prevention, education and mobilization for social change. "
Thank you in advance for your donation! Every cent earned will go directly to WISE to help them help women and educate the Upper Valley about prevention.
I have been training hard and have padded bike shorts ready to go! Four hours on a bike is nothing compared to what some women go through in their lives at the hands of their spouse or others.
