Southfield Reunion 2018 Fund Raiser

It’s time for the Southfield reunion committee to begin planning for the 2018 Southfield Reunion festivities.   We are continuing on with the Go Fund Me movement.  So, mark your calendar for the second weekend in July 2018 as a special, Save the Date!  July 14th, with July 13th set up as a meet and greet.    Click on the video above to see photos of reunion’s past.

This fundraiser site is set up to get assistance from some of the most devoted participants who attend and support the event year after year. Which is YOU, as well as those that haven’t attended but know, love and care about the legacy of Southfield.

The goal of the GoFundMe page is to raise money to host both a Friday and Saturday reunion event.  This page will remain open continuously throughout the year.  Although there are set gifts at various reward levels, any amount you donate helps.

Southfield Reunion Theme has change: It's now :

IN THE MIDST OF IT ALL . . . SOUTHFIELD REUNION WE STAND!

If you would like to order t-shirts for this year, contact Vickie Walters listed on a previous post and all organizer contacts are listed on the gofundme webpage.

Some of our events planned for Friday in the day time are in collaboration with the Marion Franklin Community center including a Bazaar from 10:00 am to 1 pm, lunch with the seniors, Karaoke later that day, etc.

Kidz zone will have special fun exciting things to do as usual. We will have the Horse unit and Pet Zone, The Smoke House and the Inflatable Toys. The game bus will be back. We will be serving popcorn, doing face painting and serving snow cones. The Kidz zone is from Noon to 4 pm on Saturday, July 14th.

As usual we will set aside time to honor the veterans. This year will will also be honoring Southfield Pastors for the great work they have done to keep the community nurtured and strong.
